Welcome to EntryLane. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern
your use of entrylane.app and the per-show subdomains
we host on behalf of organizers ("the Service"). By creating an
account, signing in, or registering for a show, you agree to these
Terms. EntryLane is operated by jTek ("we," "us").
1. The Service
EntryLane is a software platform that helps organizers run car shows — registration, judging, awards, and communication. We provide the tooling; we do not act as the show's organizer, judge, or payment processor. Money for entry fees, sponsorships, merchandise, and any other transaction at the show flows directly between the organizer and their attendees, by whatever method the organizer chooses (cash, Venmo, their own card reader, etc.). We never touch the money.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. Keep your password confidential. Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorization.
3. License Fees & Refunds
Organizers pay a flat license fee per tier. There are no per-car commissions or platform fees passed to attendees. License fees are non-refundable once a show has been provisioned, except where required by law. If a show has not yet been provisioned and you wish to cancel, contact us within 7 days of purchase.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purposes;
- Attempt to interfere with the integrity or performance of the Service (load testing, vulnerability probing, etc., without prior written consent);
- Impersonate another organizer or participant;
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property, contains malware, or violates someone else's privacy;
- Resell, sublicense, or otherwise repackage the Service without permission.
5. Content & Data
Organizers retain ownership of show data they enter — registrations, judging scores, photos, dash card content. By using the Service you grant EntryLane a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that data as needed to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload any content — particularly participant photos and addresses.
Show data is stored in a third-party managed database service — Supabase (supabase.com/privacy) — operating on the infrastructure they specify. Each tenant ("show") is provisioned its own dedicated Supabase project, so one show's data is isolated from any other show's data at the database level. Our Privacy Policy describes the broader vendor list and how that data flows.
6. Show Outcomes
EntryLane tabulates votes, scores, and awards according to the rules each organizer configures. The organizer is solely responsible for the rules of their show, the judging process, and the distribution of awards. EntryLane does not guarantee any particular outcome and is not responsible for disputes between organizers, judges, or participants.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may schedule maintenance windows and will give reasonable advance notice. Show-day outages — when they happen — are addressed as our top priority.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ENTRYLANE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE FEES YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. Upon termination we will provide a reasonable export window for the organizer to retrieve their data, after which we may delete it.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Massachusetts.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these Terms. We will post the new effective date at the top and, for material changes, notify organizers by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
